Maximilian Kloess

Maximilian Kloess is a postdoc at the Energy Economics Group (EEG) at Vienna University of Technology. He holds a Ph.D. in Energy Economics and a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Vienna University of Technology. He joined EEG in 2007. His area of expertise is energy economy and energy policy in the transportation sector with special focus on alternative propulsion systems and fuels for passenger vehicles. His main activities include model based simulation of policies and the effect of technological progress on the efficiency of road transport and the energy consumption of the sector.
